Yes. We work directly with GCs on tenant improvement projects, pull and hold our own electrical permit, and schedule our own inspections. You'll get inspection dates as soon as they're set so they land in your master schedule.
Are you a union contractor?
Yes. Coy Electric is IBEW 48 signatory, so union-trained journeymen work every commercial job.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. We schedule around business hours and work nights or weekends when a space can't lose power during the day.
Can you handle the electrical design for my new space?
Yes. If you don't have a stamped set, we'll walk the space and design to the tenant's actual load and layout. That's usually cheaper than discovering mid-build that the existing panel can't carry the new equipment.
Do you install dedicated circuits for commercial equipment?
Yes. Kitchen equipment, medical and dental equipment, server and data rooms, and shop machinery all typically need dedicated circuits sized to the nameplate load. We handle the circuit, the breaker, and any panel capacity work required.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance for commercial properties?
Yes. We offer maintenance agreements with scheduled inspections and priority scheduling for contract customers. Pricing depends on the building — reach out and we'll scope it.
